We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

At 4Kidswear LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a fast and customer-friendly return and exchange process. Please review the guidelines below.


General Return Guidelines

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
  • We offer a free emailed prepaid USPS label for the exchange of eligible dresses (valid only in the U.S. lower 48 states).
  • No restocking fees apply unless you return three or more dresses—then a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
  • International Orders
    • Must be paid via PayPal. Visa/Mastercard/AmEx payments are only accepted within the U.S.
    • Shipped via USPS International Parcel Service (5–7 business days in most locations).
    • Buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
    • International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges.


Exchange Policy

Need a different size, color, or style? We offer a one-time courtesy exchange per order within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer service for assistance.


Exchange Procedure

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. You will receive your RA# within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Weekend requests will be addressed the next business day.
  3. Do not return an item without an RA#. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
  4. A prepaid USPS Ground Shipping Label will be emailed for eligible exchanges only. Print and drop it off at any USPS location.
  5. If you choose to use your own shipping method, the free shipping offer is void.
  6. If the prepaid label is used for a refund instead of an exchange, $12.50 will be deducted from your total.
  7. All exchange items must be mailed within 1 week of receiving your RA#.
  8. We must receive the returned item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  9. Items lost or damaged in transit are not our responsibility unless the prepaid USPS label is used (insured up to $100 if claim is approved).


Refund Policy

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless it’s an exchange using our prepaid label.
  • Items must be received within 14 days to qualify for a refund.
  • If your refund reduces your original order total below the free shipping or discount threshold, the shipping cost ($10) or the discount value will be deducted.

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • SALE items (marked “SALE” or in the SALE category) – Final Sale.
  • “Special Order” items – eligible for store credit for 6 months or an 85% refund.
  • Items returned worn, stained, damaged, or not in resalable condition – subject to a 20% cleaning fee.
  • Accessories & Shoes – not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping costs – non-refundable.
  • Store credit – expires 6 months from issue date.


Refusals & Cancellations

  • If you refuse delivery or provide an incorrect shipping address, original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.
  • Order cancellations after payment processing will incur a 15% cancellation fee (credit card processing fees).
